for the Provision of Kommo Software License

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer issued by SAHR DIGITAL LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”), registered in the Republic of Cyprus, to grant the right to use Kommo software (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”).
1.2. This offer constitutes all essential terms of the license agreement and is an official proposal addressed to legal entities and individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”).
1.3. The agreement is considered concluded upon the full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the Licensee, which is confirmed by the payment of the invoice issued for the Software licenses.

2. Software Licensing Specifics
2.1. Kommo is a cloud-based SaaS platform governed by its own Terms of Service, which the Licensee accepts independently during account registration or activation.
2.2. SAHR DIGITAL LTD provides access to Kommo licenses based on its partnership agreement with Kommo, within the scope of the number of users and pricing plans acquired by the Licensee.
2.3. The Licensee agrees to comply with the Kommo Terms of Service, published at: https://www.kommo.com/terms/

3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software under the selected Kommo plan.
3.2. Access to the Software is provided digitally through account activation.
3.3. The license term and usage conditions are determined by the paid period and selected Kommo pricing plan.

4. Agreement Conclusion and Payment Procedure
4.1. The agreement is considered concluded upon the Licensor’s receipt of payment for the issued invoice.
4.2. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this public offer and acknowledgment of Kommo’s Terms of Service.
4.3. All payments shall be made in euros (EUR) via bank transfer to the Licensor’s account as specified in the issued invoice.

5. Liability
5.1. The Licensor is not liable for the operation of the Software, including performance issues, service interruptions, or limitations caused by Kommo as the platform provider.
5.2. The Licensor is responsible for enabling access to the licenses as per the partnership terms with Kommo.
5.3. The Licensor’s liability under this agreement is limited to the total amount of payment received from the Licensee.

6. Personal Data
6.1. The Licensee consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Licensor’s Privacy Policy published at https://sahr.digital/en/privacy-policy-sahr-digital-ltd/, and in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Licensor reserves the right to amend this public offer by publishing an updated version at https://sahr.digital/en/
7.2. All disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
7.3. This public offer is valid indefinitely and applies to all Licensee payments for Kommo licenses made to the Licensor.
